I use the orange flavored oil on salmon fillets before cooking. Drizzle a little on top and it gives a fresh whimsical kick to broiled or baked salmon.
It is also good to use for the olive oil in a Caesar salad dresing. It creates a new flavor level.

I have tried different lemon oils and yours has a wonderful taste of lemon. It does not take as much to get the taste I want. I use it on nearly everything but especially on roasted veggies before I roast them, mixed with Blue Cheese dresssing to give it another depth of flavor, to saute meats(mixed with butter), cooking seafood, and to lightly pour over salads and pasta. I enjoyed the light, fresh flavors of each of the herbs, basil, lemon, orange, rosemary, garlic, and oregano. The infused extra virgin olive oils are strong enough to taste the difference, light enough not to change the flavor of the main dish served. The bottles are attractive too.
