I use when sauting chicken and fish. It is not over powering.
I bought this to use as a bread dip...it is great for that but I also used it to make salad dressing and I rubbed it on potatoes before baking them. It has a really nutty flavor and leaves no oily aftertaste.

Great health benefits. One of the great benefits this oil has over olive oil other than the health related ones is that this oil does not freeze when refrigerated. So storage is very compatible with usage.
Good all around oil. Can used in many dishes. Does not have any overpowering taste or smell.
