Produced in California by La Tourangelle in very small batches, La Tourangelle produces small batches of this Almond oil in sunny California. Its roasted almond flavor adds inspiration to salads. It is also a lovely oil for dipping or baking. The freshness of roasted in-season almonds are absorbed nicely by this La Tourangelle creation.

This brand has the right flavor of the almond- not too strong. It's wonderful on gren salads and drizzled over pasta for a change from olive oil. I am really pleased with my purchase.

I have found this oil to be delicious and versatile. I have replaced my regular oil in most of my baking with this almond oil. It gives baked goods a nice subtle flavor and I know it is better for me than regular oil.
