Hazelnut oil is simply great for cooking omeletes! It has a delicate flavor and stands high temperatures. This brand does not cloud up when kept in the refrigerator as I've had happen with others.

I use Hazelnut oil on wonderful dark rich greens. I mince fresh garlic with the oil and add grey salt and fresh lemon juice. I also use it on pasta. The best taste.
