Makes a great dressing with Dijon mustard, garlic, shallot, extra virgin oil, salt and pepper on Boston, Bibb or other mild lettuces.
BECAUSE OF THE DELICATE FLAVOR AND ECONOMICAL PRICE IT WORKS WELL WITH CRABMEAT IN WEST INDIES SALAD. I FILL A LARGE JAR WITH CRABMEAT,BAY LEAVES, CAPERS, ONION,OLIVE OIL, VINEGAR AND WATER. IT WILL LAST FOR WEEKS IN THE FRIG IF NOT EATEN FIRST. NEXT IS PICKLED SHRIMP, THEY ARE DONE SAME AS CRABMEAT.
This product is use in salad dressing when it is call for.
It is a great product
Never had any Champagne vinegar before except American versions. I now know what I've been missing. Makes a beautiful dressing and product is a great value. Have since noticed that several American "sparkling" vinegars are more expensive per ounce.

We eat a lot of salads and vegetables along with a very moderate portion of our favorite meats, fish and poultry. This champagne vinegar adds a "special" flavor to various dressings and marinades. And the price is reasonable.

Very tasty vinegar. I make a salad dressing with this vinegar that has gotten raves.
Great for salad dressing of your special days and when you host gourmet dinner club home. Don't forget to serve with Champagne.
