It's hard to find a good day to day vinegar in the states that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. This is it.
just got them and have used them in salads. didn't have any lemon so i splashed it on a cut apple slices to keep them from browning that i took to work. sort of had apple cider. LOL
best sweetner for home brewed coffee. a mixture of java estates and ethopian moka, and don't forget the heavy cream.
It's used on many things besides salads.
It's exactly what a high quality vinegar should be.
This tasty vinegar costs less than bland supermarket wannabies and tastes better too. Even my non-gourmet husband agrees!

In the US, wine vinegars only are required to have a small percentage content of wine to be called wine vinegar. In Europe that % is much higher and the quality is much better. This product is reasonably priced and does not disappoint.
