Comes in three absolutely stunning varietals:
Chestnut Honey: For enhancing soups and sweet dishes, light sauces, pheasant and quail, chestnut purée and punch.
Vanilla Pod: For desserts, sorbets, granites, light sauces and sweet breads. Accented with a length of bourbon vanilla floating in the vinegar.
Orange Blossom: Aged with both orange honey and orange blossoms. For ice cream, gelatin and orange sauce, liver pâté, and basting poultry.
