Read about these in new york times andthey are delicious! Love them on bagels (plain) chicken (basil) fish (lemon) and the garlic one makes awesome garlic bread. Super convenient, tasty and relatively healthy, whats not to like?
This is one of those products that I think most people would never think of, but make perfect sense when you consider the concept. This is a great replacement for mayo on sandwiches, and a healthy replacement for a pat of butter on vegetables. Funny to think of the French inventing a replacement for butter! :-)
I used the herb olive oil on steak before frying. Wonderful aroma and taste. Everyone loved it. I would definately buy this product again. I used the plain olive oil on toast and bagels. Loved it.
This makes a wonderful starting point but is much to overpowering to use alone. When cut with a little butter or olive oil is delecious on toasted french bread, baked potatoes or oven roasted veggies.
