CHeRITH VaLLeY Gardens hand-packs their products and there are no artificial preservatives, colorings, or flavorings. As often as possible, they purchase their produce locally. Their Corn Relish is wonderful over baked potatoes. Great served with chicken or on burgers. Add sour cream and serve as a dip with chips.

I first purchased this product at a local store in my town to serve as a condiment with ham. I loved it so much, I was soon buying it to go with roast pork tenderloin and other meats as a condiment. But the store I was purchasing it at stopped carrying the product. So I was very pleased to find it at igourmet.com!
It is a spicy and yet not overpowering relish, full of flavor.
