This balsamic jelly consists of the Saporoso Malpighi Balsamico, sugar, and natural fruit pectin. The airy and light consistency makes for a wonderful morning spread on warm breads or muffins. Saporina is a perfect compliment to many earthy and complex aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano, aged pecorinos, and Manchego, as well as many other cheeses. The balsamic-based jelly can also be used as a terrific sweet marinade for meats, poultry and fish. Just simply spread on your dish five minutes before cooking is complete.
