In the past I used truffle salt and truffle oil. This was my first truffle butter purchase, not cheap this stuff is really good. The uses keep going and going. Here' my use last night. Asparagus and arugula risotto with a roasted bone-in/skin-on chicken breast on top then put a little spoonful of the truffle butter and a sprinkling of sea salt on top and let it melt on down of the breast. Really good. Great in eggs too.

Use this product anywhere a savory butter would be added. A small amount on top of a steak, chop, or chicken adds savory richness. Also wonderful tossed with pasta, or for garlic bread with cheese and scallions.
I keep it frozen as it is perishable.

This truffle butter is delicious! It has an "elegant" mouth feel, very rich and luxurious with an intense enough truffle flavor to stand up to steak or grilled salmon, yet still good on a toasted baguette slice or in a beurre blanc. I bought two 3-0z containers and one was gone within a day!
