My dad and I first tried this drizzled on Christmas Pudding and absolutely loved it. If you like brown sugar, butter, and brandy, you will enjoy this. In addition to the traditional use on Christmas Pudding, it also makes a good glaze on hamloaf and is great on toast. One word of caution: it is very rich, especially when paired with the already sweet Christmas Pudding, so a little goes a long way.
