Very rich and creamy with a real salmon flavor. If you like mayonnaise you will like this spread. One family member who is not very fond of fat did not like it, but those who like fat did like it very much.

I used the noblesse as a grape appetizer/snack: after mixing with a little cream cheese and heavy cream to make it more pliable, I rolled grapes in it and then rolled the grapes in finely chopped pecans! Very tasty!

Good to bring to friends' houses for an evening of visiting; goes great with Australian water wheel crackers as an appetizer. The salmon variety is the very best.

This spread took me right back to Germany, where I lived for 10 years. Smooth but still tangy, with delightful herb flavor (I bought the Fine Herb). Wonderful on water crackers, but I bet it would be even better on some good German rye bread.

Cons:
Bad Flavor, Bits that can't be chewed, Overpowering, Runny
Describe Yourself:
Foodie, Simple Tastes
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I was expecting a creamy texture full of flavorful herbs and veggies. What I got was inedible, runny, and strange tasting with bits and pieces of tough, dried-out "things". My cats, who love your cheese, wouldn't even go near it. Please use your money on the wonderful cheeses such as the Parmesan Reggiano, the aged Gouda, etc.
