I have an allergy to cow's milk and have been looking for an alternative to cow's milk butter to use for cooking. I have found that all forms of goat cheese have a characteristic "tang". This is NOT true of the goat's butter. It is excellent to cook with; gives the same results as cow's milk butter.
This butter adds a lovely twist to typical dishes flavored with butter. I like it best on strong flavored vegetables and on toast and waffles.
Fresh, richer flavor. Distinctly different from that of cow's milk butter. Excellent on toast, fresh baked breads and for cooking.
