Lousy. No flavor.I threw it down the drain in the kitchen sink and went out in a snow storm to buy a proper demi-glace. I needed this to round out my New Year's Eve dinner for 6.Shopping in a snow storm was not what I needed on that day,especially since I planned ahead by buying this before hand.

Anyone can make a great French Sauce with this product and a little patience. The flavor is outstanding with a natural low calorie thickener that only the French could create - wonderful stuff. Home cooks - this is for you if you like great sauces made easy. Use with any marmalade, chutneys, dried fruit, or jams and be creative.
