Panola Pepper Corporation of Louisiana began over an old kitchen stove some years back when Martha Wyly Brown first created the best hot sauce around---their famous Panola Gourmet Pepper Sauce. Then in 1983, her son, Grady Brown and his wife, Jennie Lou, with Martha at their side, started cooking up batches of this delicious pepper sauce for retail sales. Family and friends were thrilled because now they could get all they wanted of their favorite sauce. Today, Panola makes more than 30 products, adhering to the basic traditions and outstanding quality they have maintained over the years.
Panola Extra Hot-Hot Sauce is made from a blend of habanero and tabasco pepper mash. Habanero is the hottest pepper known to man. Blended with the tabasco pepper, it makes a delightfully pungent hot sauce.
