Prized Vidalia Onions and peaches come together to provide a wonderful sweet base for this unusually complex hot sauce. Sweetness gives way to a nice level of heat once the jalapeno's and cayenne begin to kick in. Outrageous on chops, this great little sauce works surprisingly well on shrimp and scallops.

I should have ordered two of these! A sweet, fruity, and spicy sauce that goes well with anything fried. I love it on chicken wings. I will definitely recommend this to friends as well as buy more.
