Can stretch it out by mixing 1/2 water. Great price - grab when in stock! :) Use with potato, carrots, onions, etc for veg options. One of my all time favorite prodcuts.

OK I'm back. Finally tried the Tikka Sauce and we loved it! I mentioned the importance of reviews and let me tell you this is really great.
I don't know about full blown chefs, but I will order this again. I think you could put it on anything and have a great meal. I love to use my leftovers, in fact I cook to insure I have leftovers. This will take pork, shrimp or chicken to another level. I would recommend a typical curry/saffron/raisin/nut rice with this because the sauce is more than enough for 4 servings. It is the taste one associates with Indian cuisine. Next is the coconut sauce. I usually don't like sweetness in my food except ribs. I'll let you all know next week or so. The perishable comments are true, but there is plenty of time to use them if you want to change up a regular meal. OK, so I wouldn't use these on meatloaf! So far, the Tikka Sauce is my favorite!

Vindaloo was great over chicken and curried rice with raisins. I know they suggest it with beef or pork. I just wanted something that I could dish up fast.
I reordered 2 containers and decided to try the Tikka Misala. That will be next week. I have learned it is very important to read the reviews.
We don't have any offerings of this nature here. I was more than pleased and wouldn't hesitate to serve it to guests.

I absolutely loved the version [...] used to carry. This is a pershible type of the same brand. I was not impressed, the other version tasted more authentic. This one is super creamy and lacks bite. Expensive mistake. Oh well.

Delicious sauces. I should have paid more attention to the fact that they are FRESH sauces. I ordered a bunch and didn't realize that they expire soon after ordering. I purchase same type of sauce thru Williams Sonoma in a glass jar and didn't have this issue. I gave these 4 stars due to this issue instead of 5 for great flavor

The Vindaloo was very rich, creamy and velvety. I enjoy spicy dishes and would suggest that heat level was more of a 6 out of a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the hottest. Added chickpeas and potatoes and had a great meal. Buy it and enjoy!

I like to simmer it with shrimp, broccoli and chick peas and serve it over rice. Also great to dip naan in! I became hooked and am now having a hard time finding stores that carry it. I suggest making it more available in stores!

This product makes my life easy. It is delicious, healthy and quick. I heat one container in a saucepan to a low boil, add 1lb of uncooked shrimp, 1/3 bag of organic frozen peas and cook until shrimp is cooked, about 5 minutes. I serve this over brown rice and it is a meal in a bowl. It is an easy lunch too. My favorite is the Tamarind and also like Coconut Curry and Korma

Maya Kaimal's product is the traditional goodness found in many Indian restaurants. Kaimal is a noted author on Indian cooking and her sauce reveals a true taste of northern India. I prefer to cube the chicken (I prefer thighs) and marinate over night with one 16 oz jar in a plastic storage zip-type bag. Coarse chop some mint leaves and add to sauce and chicken 4 to 5 minutes prior to removing pan from heat.

Used the Tamarind product on a simple eggplant & chicken recipe. Frankly, it seemed way too easy to be good, but I was in a hurry.

I was shocked at how flavorful it was! Even our exchange student from Hong Kong, a picky eater & severe critic of Asian foods made in the USA, was so impressed that she ate seconds -- even though she said she'd never liked eggplant before.

I have been trying new recipes for so long that I have almost given up. My husband's favorite food is Indian, even if he is from Arkadelphia Arkansas. After much failure I decided to try the sauce. Excellent taste and easy to use.
One container of Tikka Masala sauce, cut up chicken breasts, onions, potato, celery, carrots cooked until the chicken is done (20 or so minutes)equals an Indian feast! Without the chicken the dish is still incredible and all natural ingredients. We have not found any sauces that come close to Maya Kaimal Fresh Indian Sauces in taste and ease of use.
