These fantastic marinades are made by Chelten House in Philadelphia and New Jersey. A family owned and run company since the ‘50's. Each marinade easily adds flair and flavor to your food. We offer you four of our favorites:

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Used the other half of the Jerk Marinade for a roast pork loin. Marinated for 3 days (on purpose). Yum! Sliced remaining roast very thin and used cold as a sandwich meat - much better than any storebought deli meat.

Received the Jamaican Jerk sauce as part of a promotion. Used 1/2 bottle to marinade 8 chicken thighs for 2 nights (couldn't cook the next day). Browned thighs in 1 Tbsp vegetable oil (about 2 minutes per side). Popped in 375-degree oven for 30 minutes. Great flavor. Now trying to figure out what to use the remainder on...
