When I purchased this sauces I was expecting something a with a little more kick. However, this sauce is very mild with an amazing raspberry flavor. I was nicely surprised with this sauce even though it wasn't what i expected.

The flavor is accurate, however the sauce does not provide a great glaze for BBQ without some significant leg work. Try adding small ammounts of honey, brown sugar, mollasass (sp?), liquid smoke, and corn starch to create a more stick-to-it-ness BBQ accent. I lost the Memorial Day cook off and partially was due to reheating giving the judging hour, but another part was how my sauce didn't fire as well as others. I've had better, however this was pretty good for the pinch I was in.
