Wonderful strong flavor! Adds zing to anything you use it in. I was, however, disappointed that the charming little bucket, pictured with the Dijon mustard, was not included! Maybe it should not be shown, since buyers, like me, might think it's meant to be part of the purchase.

I use this mustard on anything that benefits from the flavor of mustard. It has spoiled me for using anything else. In addition to the usual sandwich and pasta and potato salad uses, I especially like it on steamed broccoli and green beans.
