Lakeshore Wholegrain Mustards are prepared by hand in the traditional dijon manner, using the finest natural ingredients without artificial colorings, flavorings or preservatives. They are produced in the village of Ballinderry in small batches to retain the distinctive flavors that enhance all savory dishes, from sandwiches to steak.
  • Whole Grain Mustard with Guinness is a unique blend of Guinness Stout and mustard that is excellent with roast beef, steaks, and barbecued meats. Adds subtle flavor to sauces, and zest to soups and casseroles.
  • Whole Grain Mustard with Irish Whiskey is mild and delicately tangy. Delicious with pâtés, salamis, and smoked meats; adds interest to cheese dishes and zest to marinades; gives extra flavor to savory stuffings.
  • Strong Irish Mustard is a unique recipe created over 100 years ago for Hoysted Barton who insisted on taking mustard sandwiches when he went out for a days hunting. The mustards strength reflects his family's motto "Fide et Fortitudine" (Fidelity and Fortitude). This smooth mustard is a must have for all strong mustard lovers.

Comments about Irish Mustards:

Whole Grain Mustard with Guiness and Strong Irish mustard both are very flavorful (the Strong mustard packs a real kick). I have used both on sandwiches and just grilled meats, they are a predfect compliment to both.
