Purchased on a whim and didn't use in any recipe close to Italian. Used the whole jar in a recipe for Shrimp Creole. Tomatoes were truly ripe throughout and best non-fresh tomatoes I may have ever eaten. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is price. Not something I will order on a regular basis but wish I could.
