We were instantly wowed by its complex layers of flavors which reveal themselves one at a time on the palette, offering a salsa rich in depth and texture. We find this salsa to be a rare treat in a market flooded with one-dimensional varieties. All natural ingredients: roasted garlic, roasted tomatoes, and roasted serrano peppers. Serving suggestions: Use as a basting sauce for chicken or as a marinade with broiled vegetables. It is great with turkey leftovers on sandwiches!
