The Key Lime Citrus curd was absolutely fantastic. I used it on toasted English Muffins. I would assume that it would taste great on any toasted bread type.
It's only downfall is that it's so good you want to grab a spoon and eat it straight from the jar!

I like key lime pie but hate graham cracker crust. This is therefore the ideal product for me - it has all the buttery, egg-rich, flavorful tartness of a really good key lime pie filling, but no stale graham cracker crust. Yum!

My daughter brought Lemon Curd to me in November. She lives in Baltimore, MD and I live in Jackson, TN. She cooked cranberry/orange scones while visiting me, and served it with Lemon Curd and real whipped cream. What a wonderful treat!!Now, the visit is over, and I ordered two jars of lemon curd [...], as the one she brought quickly disappeared.This has so much lemon and lemon zest taste, I find many ways to include this with my breakfast and on treats.
