Celebrating 45 years in the catering business, Menu's success is based on the fine quality of their base ingredients and their delicious recipes. Based in Modena, Italy, their products are usually only available to the restaurant and catering communities of the world. As always, we count ourselves lucky when they make a new product available to us. Their asparagus cream is smooth and creamy, packed with fresh asparagus (79%), egg yolks, butter, and Grana Padano cheese.

Ideal as a spread for sandwiches, canapés and as a topping for pasta dishes. It can also be used as an ingredient for quiches and other types of savory pies and to prepare delicious cheese omelets.
