Though familiar to Chefs across the country, Marino's Garlic Spread has yet to make a name for itself with consumers, though we're convinced all it will take is a single taste. That was all it took for us to be well and truly hooked. Unlike other commercial spreads that rely heavily upon granulated garlic, only freshly chopped natural garlic is used here. Clearly a man after our own heart, Marino insists upon using only imported Italian Pecorino Romano, and the results are there for all to taste. Long a "chef's secret", Marino's Garlic Spread makes restaurant style garlic bread a snap, and makes delcious scampi and pasta sauces a breeze.

Marino's Garlic Spread is fabulous on focaccia or as a base on pizza crust before adding tradtional toppings. Also, MGS turns home cooked pasta into a 5 star restaurant quality entree.

The Marino's Garlic Spread was excellent when I used it to finish a butter and garlic sauce but especially great with garlic bread with the addition of chopped tomatoes & mozzarella cheese.
