Savor the taste of the mustard served at New York City's famous Carnegie Deli. This classic Dusseldorf mustard contains whole grain mustard seeds blended with vinegar, tumeric, and spices, to create this bold mustard.

Carnegie Deli, New York's quintessential "kosher style" delicatessen, is located on the corner of 55th Street and Seventh Avenue. The deli became famous nationwide when New York Magazine rated its pastrami number one in New York in 1975.

One taste and you will be reminded of why you love to visit New York! Find a nice rye bread and some good corned beef and you will be all set.

Comments about Carnegie Deli Dusseldorf Mustard:

I've been looking for a Dusseldorf like this for about 35 years. In the early 70s I used to use a mustard by Sexton Foods. It was the best, but I can't find it anymore (I think they went out of business). I've tried a lot of supermarket brands of Dusseldorf and had almost given up, but this is about as close as you can come. Best on sandwiches. Try this with a little horseradish and mayo on a rare roast beef (you don't know what you've been missing).

Comments about Carnegie Deli Dusseldorf Mustard:

This is a good mustard but not worth ordering online. I find that Koop's Danish brown mustard is much similar and can be found at my local supermarkets.

A very well balanced mustard. Not too sharp. Great on deli meats and cheese.
