Located in: Serving Tools, Cheese
The very narrow blade of this knife prevents soft cheeses from sticking to its surface. Its raised handle design allows the user to cut all the way down to the board without his or her hand coming into contact with the surface. Quality constructed, its wooden handle is attached to the blade with two sturdy metal pins. This knife is not serrated and is easy to clean. 14cm in length.

Comments about Knife for Soft Cheeses with Wooden Handle:

This knife was bought by my wife, and I'm glad she bought it. We both like the softer cheese, and cutting this with some knives can be quite messy, but this little number does a really neat clean job of it.
