Make food fun!

My family first tried raclette at a Swiss restaurant in Steamboat Springs, and it was a really fun family meal. We found this site while actually searching for an online source for the cheese several years ago. We use thinly sliced tenderloin and cauliflower and potatoes, and top with cheese. Also some bratwurst and dijon cooks up great. Pair with a nice dry white and you're all set!

I bought this for my husband who lived in France for awhile. He raved about the raclette over there and now he raves about it at home. We had a bunch of friends come and try it out with us and they all loved it.
