St. Barthélemy Cellars is a small, family owned and operated winery in Napa Valley. After living among the many vineyards in Napa Valley for 22 years, reaping the rewards of living in such a beautiful place with a good bottle of wine on the table each night, two families took a leap into the wine business in the fall of 2000. Although the hundreds of Cabernets and Chardonnays produced in Napa are excellent, they wanted to make something different from the rest. They have succeeded in producing premium varietal ports whose unique style and flavor make a great pairing to a variety of foods and cheeses.

Tasting notes:
Cherry, cherry, cherry is what this pleasing port is all about. Flavors of cassis and vanilla are nicely integrated with the cherry for a long and lingering finish.

  • Cheese pairing:
    Cantal, Great Hill Blue, Vignerons.
