Cheddar with Mustard Seed... subtle with a little spice and nice texture
The cheddar with mustard seed is a refreshing cheese that has a little bite to it although it is great on an open faced grilled cheese sandwich and great on burgers. It has a different taste which the mustard seed complements nicely with a hint of sharpness.

Remarkable!
I've always been fond of the onion cheddar but this is the new number one in our house. where to start? Ham sandwiches, yum. Burgers, simply heavenly. Just the right combination, with the cheddar really shining. Awesome!
