Similar to mozzarella with more flavor
This is a great cheese to eat alone, on crackers, or as a topping. It's texture and taste are similar to mozzarella, but with more flavor while being just as versatile.

Must Be Used the Right Way
My recommendation is to be careful with how you use this cheese. I read online that this is a good cheese to eat by itself. That was not my experience. However, breading and frying in olive oil to make cheese sticks was a perfect use for this cheese (place the cheese sticks in the freezer for a couple hours). I paired it with a fig jam, which was perfect given this cheese's salty, mild flavor. I would buy this again.

decent cheese, but have had better
cheese is okay, I've had better. Was going for something that brought back happy cheese eating memories from childhood in Michigan. As an American of Arabic heritage, I've had this type of cheese before, this was okay, but not the best. In regard to recommendations there are too many incredible cheeses available on Igourmet for me to say I would recommend an average one.
