Disliked honey until this
Shunned recipes calling for honey. My daughter-in-law said the same thing. She was surprised and delighted with tasting the first honey she liked. We could never understand how people could eat honey. But I guess something other than grocery store honey in plastic bears is good. I've tried other lavender honeys since this one. They didn't come close.

Best lavender honey anywhere!
I came across this honey at a Cape Cod spice company a few years ago and have yet to find any other lavender honey that is as smooth and tasty as this one. It is no longer sold at my original store so finding it here was a bonus.

This honey is the perfect enhancement to a cup of tea. I also use it as the secret ingredient in a extra virgin olive oil and modena balsamic vinegar salad dressing, just those three ingredients over greens topped with fresh slivers of Parmigiano cheese has gotten rave reviews from my dinner guests. I have tried other brands of lavender honey and they don't come close to the smooth, almost creamy taste of this honey.
