Very Good
A very nice cheese, fairly hard, but not sharp at all - very mild, nice flavor. Would pair well with many wines.

Excellent cheese, but the formula must have changed since i was younger. I remember jt being a little sharper than this.

We had not eaten this cheese before, it is a very flavorful cheese. It will lend itself well with most red wines. It has savory sweet full flavor.

Popular in our house!
Nutty taste, great texture, easily grated, cubed or shredded but is still a dryer, firm cheese. Sometimes it barely makes it past opening the iGourmet box: we just stand at the kitchen counter and eat thin slices on fresh tomatoes with red onions and basil!

Can either grate or eat cold, as-is
Hard enough to grate, and wife & I enjoyed marvelous taste & aroma hot over pasta. But also can cut and knosh on cold for lunch or snack. Will definitely rebuy, and very good value. Somebody said theirs had green mold, but I had no such problem.

Nice texture but....
It had a good firm texture but it tasted like it had sat a while next to a really moldy cheese--I had to throw it away because the taste was making me feel ill
