- Wisconsin: Pleasant Ridge Reserve: An original cheese inspired by farmstead cheeses from the alpine provinces of southeastern France. Similar to Gruyere with a incredible depth of flavor. (8 oz)
- Minnesota: St. Pete's Select by Amablu: Faribault Dairy Company makes its world renowned Amablu St. Pete's Select blue cheese at the base of a bluff along the Straight River in Minnesota. St. Pete's Select has a rich, creamy flavor with a pronounced piquant note. (8 oz)
- Missouri: Woolly Rind by Green Dirt Farm: Green Dirt Farm sheep's milk cheeses are made using milk from their own grass-fed, gently-raised ewes. Woolly Rind is their version of a classic Camembert-style cheese.
