These elegant ballotin boxes, with separate base and bell cover, are finished professionally with gift wrapping and hand-tied ribbon. Each contains a superb assortment of imported French chocolates. Michel Cluizel has included both milk and dark varieties, with a variety of fillings: pralines, gianduja, marzipan, croquant, and ganaches. A pamphlet is included that explains in detail each of the chocolates offered. Michel Cluizel has been making chocolate in the southern Normandy region of France to an exclusively high standard, in the French chocolate making tradition, since 1948.

My husband hasn't tried the chocolates yet,too many other Valentine treats,but they arrived beautifully wrapped and with a nice bag to match.Hope they taste as good as they look.

Great Gift for the Discerning Chocoholic.
Got for the wife for V-Day. Massive hit. Massive. Wife knew Cluizel from previous exposure. These are really outstanding, even the one with cacao nibs (which wife does not like in most contexts).

OMG! Eat slowly to savor!
So, my daughter and I got this together...wine, cocolates, and mother-daughter time - excellent! These were so goooood. The packaging was great, tracking excellent, and wonderful on time delivery. Next time we just need more, more, more.

Cluizel chocolates' touch of decadence
Am somewhat of a neophyte with regard to fine chocolates. Compares fairly well in taste (smooth, even flavors) to my other experience purchasing French chocolates.
