A Rip Off
No syrupy texture at all. Couldn't "drizzle" over cheese..it poured out like WATER! And very acidy. I have had 3 better 3 leaf balsmic vinegar. Very disappointed.

balsamic vinegar
very good quality for a very reasonable price. I did a lot of online research and could not match this deal anywhere.

Disappointing
As a long-time fan of balsamic vinegar, this was disappointing. It was watery and did not possess the body of other better quality balsamics that I have tried. Conseuently, I found that I had to use more of it to achieve the same effect. The sweetness was minor compared to other $25 balsamics. The age was not mentioned in the blurb here at iGourmet nor was it revealed on the bottle and, given the wateriness, it could only have been not more than two or three years aged. Save your money.

No need to spend hundreds, this is a true 4 leaf. 3rd time ordering, never disappointed. Will use as gifts again this year. Handsome bottle.

Big bang for your buck!
This balsamic is a definite must to treat yourself to those wonderful deep flavors. Very versatile and would make a great foodie gift too.

Great Bang for the Buck!!!
We use it for marinades and dressings and just for dipping. We love it. You can buy more expensive balsamics, but dollar for dollar this one is perfect!

Not What I Expected
This is a thin and vinegary product that I would not consider using for veggies, salads, or desserts. Frankly, I was very disappointed in light of the fact it was sold as a 4-leaf (top of the line) product.
