This lovely jam comes from to us from Bavaria, close to the famous Black Forest in the neighboring state of Baden-Wuertemberg. This blueberry jam is bursting with tiny, whole berries, reviving memories of picking blueberries with loved ones and eating more than we bucketed. These wild berries are rich with blueberry sweetness without watery tartness that commercially grown berries contain. Pure Bavarian blueberry pleasure.

Two Thumbs Up!

Bavarian Blueberry Jam
We have enjoyed this jam every day with breakfast. Now we serve it for a late snack. It's a great topping for our yogurt, too.

Tons of blueberries!
The jam is on the sweet side but full of blueberries almost like a compote. Perfect with brie.

Corn Syrup
I thought this would be comparable to the high end varieties that you find in the grocery store, and to some extent it is: it's chock full of blueberries. But in creating a binder for all of these blueberries, they thought it necessary to add corn syrup...which greatly disappoints me. I wish igourmet included a list of ingredients on products so that you know what you're buying. Alas, I will not purchase again.

Not too much suger - you can taste the blueberries wonderful flavor - not too thick, just right consistency for jam, not to runny either.

Wow! Delicious!
This product is a delight! A little goes a long way (though you probably would want to eat it all at once!). Just the best blueberry flavour without the tough skins and tartness that some of the larger berries have. Perfect with a biscuit or scone for breakfast. Great on anything or just sneak a little spoonful by itself. ;-) We are buying this product again and again! [...]
