WOW, This one's a keeper!
I really like (I mean REALLY like) this cheese. When I first tasted it I thought it was a parmesan cheese but it has this little "crunchy" bits in it that makes the taste like no other. Next time I'm buying a couple of pounds!

Outstanding!!
This is one of the best cheeses Ive ever tasted. Its hard to describe, its like a mix between cheddar and parmesan. Really rich and creamy! Fantastic!
