LOVE MY REAL EUROPEAN BUTTER!!!
I'm a REPEAT CUSTOMER ON THIS ONE!!! but i first found out and started using this butter back in 2006 when i went to Paris and was living there for a while. it's a really tasty French BUTTER. and since living over there in Europe AND ASIA in various places i admit i'm spoiled to using REAL European AND ASIAN products! i don't buy anything that says EUROPEAN STYLE and made in America, blah blah! I WANT THE REAL THING ON MY FOOD AND IN MY COOKING!!! Because the PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING...OR SHALL WE SAY BUTTER??? i get ONLY SALTED EUROPEAN BUTTERS! so you can cut back on additional salt needed in recipes. and it makes the food more flavorful.

Shape not practical for home
I should have known better, but the packaging is not practical for home use. It is a big ball of butter that you have to keep wrapped up in aluminum foil. It is awkward to handle.

In a word
Pity the poor peasant who can only dine on bread and butter? If it is THIS butter, then no pity is in order. Velvety texture and fresh taste, but in a word ths butter is simply sumptuous.

Perfect for toast
This creamy and slightly salted butter is delicious. I set it out at a dinner party next to warm rolls and they were eating it like cheese. It keeps well in the packaging and is great on toast, baked potatoes, and on rice.
