So many truffles you can barely see the butter! A favorite on top of steak; a delicious addition to pasta; an ideal seasoning for braised, steamed or sauteed vegetables. For flavor-per-ounce, this has to be the truffle's shining moment. Let little pats melt over a fish fillet or lobster or grilled veal chops. Swirl into warmed mushrooms to make a fettuccine sauce. Brush over toast and float on top of soup.

I made veggie soup the other day and tossed in a small dollop of this heaven into each bowl. What a new dimension! Just absolutely delicious. It's going into tonights pasta with butternut squash and artichokes to finish.

YUM!
I couldn't wait to try this. Lots and lots of truffles. I added some to scrambled eggs and my husband and I loved it. Can't wait to try it on a grilled steak or in some pasta.

love it! I make the Barefoot Contessa's truffled filet sandwich with this - husband's favorite meal so easy & delicious. The truffle butter makes the sandwich.

Very small size for the money
The taste is good, but were talking a tub the same size around as a tea cup for $13.00. There are decent size pieces in it (like course ground black pepper sizes) I used it on steamed veggies and the taste was good. Not overpowering, just complementary. No complaint on the taste, just the size.
