First of all, I did not know that you can use to flavor the truffle oil. Here I am pleasantly surprised, because finally it is absolutely delicious, I'm sure all gourmets know! Thank you thank you for us to get it.

Love truffles!
This olive oil has such a great fragrance - just wish it was a little stronger. Def worth trying. Drizzle over a grilled steak - yum!

Black Gold!
I concur with the reviewer who uses it in scrambled eggs...a wonderfully old world decadent breakfast or late night supper. Although I use white truffle oil more with pasta, I will sometimes use this too, especially if there are also mushrooms in the recipe!

Mmmmmm!
I add a few drops of this oil to my scrambled eggs - divine!! It adds an earthly, complex flavor that can't be beat! If you love mushrooms, you'll love this black truffle flavored oil.

As a Chef I enjoyed this product.
I am testing new recipes to put on the menu, the powerful aroma needs to be adjusted for each food item it is used on. Good product, definately unique.

Very Earthy Indeed
I got this oil mainly to flavor deviled eggs; this is something numerous high-end restaurants here serve as finger food, and I like the deliberately downscale/upscale idea of such a homey item perfumed with truffles. I now realize, though, that the truffled deviled eggs I liked best must have used white truffle oil. This black truffle oil lacks the complexity I admired; it's earthy indeed, but almost too earthy-- and definitely more one-dimensional than white truffle oil. I.e. it's better as one flavoring agent among several than used alone. And definitely take seriously the advice to only use a few drops! All that said, it's useful. It added a lux taste to a pasta with ordinary mushrooms, and was excellent in a different pasta with walnuts and arugula, nicely balancing the greens' bitterness.

Excellent cost to quality ratio!
The excellence of oil and truffles is infused and marketed in a size that treats the one or two person cook/chef without loss of quality. Recommended to several friends who have since ordered.

I drizzle a small amount on almost everything after it is cooked. It gives food a wonderful earthy flavor. A little goes a long way.

It tastes so buttery with that distinctive truffle flavor. I also like using it on fresh mozzarella and sliced tomatoes salad and on toasted baguettes as well as on meats before and after cooking.
