Boschetto al Tartufo Bianchetto - Select Cut
Found a second favorite. Has a hint of a blue cheese flavor that is very pleasing. Smooth, best at room temp.

Delizioso!
The first time I tasted this cheese was in a Beverly Hills boutique hotel. It was fabulous; creamy and woody, almost exotic...a taste that's hard to explain. I searched and searched for it but could not find it in any retail or wholesale food store. Then I looked online and found iGourmet. I place an order for this and other specialty cheeses every month. Delizioso!

Memories of Beverly Hills
First tasted this in a little boutique hotel restaurant in Beverly Hills. Could not find it locally anywhere and finally searched the 'Net and found iGourmet. The white Truffle flavor is amazing. My all-time favorite cheese..it's at the top of every order I place.

Big truffle chunks
This cheese truly had big chunks of truffle, and it was good, but overall I wouldn't call it amazing. It was pretty subtle, and I think we just like things that pop a bit more.

Delicious!!
I found this cheese at a local gourmet shop near me. It was rather expensive, but I bought it anyway and was hooked. When I found igourmet.com, there it was... and cheaper. I ordered the smaller portion just to make sure it was the same cheese. It definitely was and I'll be back to order more, but the larger portion next time. The cheese was carefully packaged and delivered cold. The ice pack in the styrofoam container was still 75% frozen. Great purchase and great company!
