The Best Strawberry Jam
I really like the taste, and it has become a staple in my fridge. I use it in my strawberry layer cake recipe along with fresh strawberries, and everyone loves the outcome. Kids request it always.

Very good preserves but not like the american jams Taste is excellent. Not easy to spread however.
