Busseto Dry Salamis have been slowly air-dried and seasoned to perfection. We offer two flavors of these tasty Italian Dry Salamis:
  • Herbes de Provence: With a Gourmet's touch, their Italian Dry salami is gently coated with freshly dried aromatic French herbs. This "secret recipe" is found in the French country-side alongside Champagne and Brie cheese. This is a wonderful snack on its own, or with a dash of mustard. Also makes a great addition to any antipasto.
  • Poivre Moulu: Delicately hand rolled in ground black pepper, the true essence of this flavorful salami is captured when served with warm fresh bread and crumbled blue cheese.
  • Green Peppercorn: Studded with cracked green peppercorns, every bite imparts a wonderful combination of meat and spice.

Herbes de Provence Salami
Outstanding salami. The herbs it is rolled in takes it to another level of taste. Great flavors all around. Works really well on canapes. Slice thin, place on neutral flavor cracker with a touch of Dijon, top with a medium sharp cheese (Manchego) and top with a dab of black caviar. Great for cocktail parties.

Busseto Dry Cured Salami hits the spot
Ran into Busseto's Dry cured Herbes de Provence and Green Peppercon by chance a year ago and could not get my store to bring more in. If you love dry cured salami you will love what Busseto offers in their product. Thanks to Igourmet.com I was able to get more with quick service and good prices.

all that we expected
Busseto Black Pepper salami is the best Salami I have ate in a long time. It takes me back to the Cafe' in Italy when we were visiting my sister last year. Thanks for a great product.

Recent Purchase
I was very pleased with both the delivery time and condition and the actual items I ordered. I have not used the anchovies yet, but the meat and cheese were very good. The package arrived still cold, the packaging was excellent.
