    Tangy blue
    A very flavorful blue cheese, good texture and color. This blue has a stronger "blue" flavor than regular blue. Goes well crumbled in salad and sandwiches. Outstanding melted on grilled burgers.

    OUTSTANDING BLUE....
    Truly an excellent blue cheese; nice that it's made in America. Very creamy, great blue flavor, slightly tangy and it ages to an even better ripeness. Wonderful on steak.

    Great Blue Cheese
    2nd time I've tried this. Great again. Very creamy. Strong blue cheese taste; a little brash (strong and in your face). Quite soft, so won't crumble well.

    Bolder than Maytag
    Excellent blue variety, more tang than Maytag. Slightly acid bite and goes well with salads, topping for burgers, etc. Good alternative to regular blues.

    Great Creamy Blue Cheese
    Great cheese. Very creamy. Very rich. Great taste. A soft cheese, so you can't crumble it on salads, but a great tasting cheese.

    Blue Creamy Goodness
    As with most American blues, it bites a bit more than a refined Stilton or a bright Gorgonzola. Creamy texture makes it wonderful for crackers, or a melt over a burger ( :) )Try some, you won't regret it.

    A good blue for the price
    A good blue flavor. Cheese is very creamy and not as crumble as I like but is great in salads. My 6 year old grand daughter likes it with pears or by itself. I prefer Maytag but for the price this is a great product with a lot of "blue" flavor

    The Most Versatile Blue
    This cheese is in my opinion one of the most versatile blues on the market. It is not strong enough to be off-putting nor is it weak enough to make you wonder why you bothered. You can use it as an ingredient in sauces and salads, but it also stands on its own on a cheese plate. It is so accessible that I would wager if you want to get someone into blues, this would be where you start.
