Hot Hot Hot
This cheese is not for the faint of heart. Its hot but it is good. The flavor is excellent and I love it cold or melted. I use habaneros all the time and use the liquid form (scotch bonnet hot sauce)on a daily basis. This cheese is for those that love spicy food.

SOME LIKE IT HOT!
This cheese had the perfect amount of "hotness," it wasn't overwhelming, yet had a real bite to it. I ordered this together with the Military Package with so many different types of sausage and it was one of the favorites. I would definitely order this again!

Cabot Habanero Cheddar is the best pepper cheese I have ever tasted. I would rather have a piece of this cheese than chocolate when I cheat on my diet.

This will definitely light your fire!
When they describe this as "not for the timid", they mean it! It is very spicy. I recommend very thin slices unless you're used to very spicy foods.
