Love this Cheese
Every year I buy cheese for my 89 year old father and this is one of his favorites and ours. We love the cow's milk cheese with the horseradish.

Horseradish cheese
This has become one of my husbands favorite cheeses. The bite is just right and the firmness is perfect. We served this in a salad of greens, fruit and nuts.

Too Mild for Me
I expect horseradish to pack a punch, but this horseradish cheddar was very tame. Even the cheese tasted more like a muenster than a cheddar. If you like your cheese mild, this one is for you, but if you're looking for something bold, I would pass.

Good Moderate Horseradish Cheese
I thought this had a nice sharpness. It is not too sharp so I think many will like this. I will probably order this again.

Very Good
This is an excellant Horseradish flavored cheese, however, not a bad thing, but seems more like a creamy Jack vs. a cheddar. Than again, I prefer extra sharp cheese and anticipated more of a sharp cheddar and that does not make the rating so fair. I will buy again though.

Creamy and pungent
A good flavor. Would have preferred a slightly firmer texture. Good with fruit.
