Caro Chocolate from Aragon, Spain has amassed quite a following in the U.S as it is a milk chocolate with a full, defined cacao character, something difficult to find in most milk chocolate. This one-kilo bar of baking chocolate is creamy and rich with a caramel flavor. It is perfect for confections and baked goods, but don't be surprised if you starting nibbling straight at the bar. Amazingly, finding this chocolate was totally by chance. Mitica, the American importer, found the chocolate at a truck stop while waiting to meet a producer of Garrotxa goat cheese!
